Formulation Market provides professional formulation systems, chemical production processes, and technical documentation exclusively as digital products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Formulation Market are delivered in digital format only, including but not limited to:

  • PDF files

  • Excel spreadsheets

  • Technical documents

No physical products are shipped.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is considered fully provided and is not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

This policy applies regardless of whether the digital file has been used or implemented.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased digital product and cannot be resolved by our support team

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Custom Formulation and Consulting Services

Custom formulation development, chemical process design, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the service.

The buyer is responsible for verifying suitability, regulatory compliance, and safe implementation of all materials provided.
