This is a Non-Foaming formulation. It is engineered specifically for high-velocity / high-turbulence circulation systems, ensuring zero cavitation in pumps and maximum contact with soiled surfaces.

The Chemistry of Sanitation

This formulation utilizes a three-pronged chemical attack mechanism:

1. Saponification (Fat Removal): High concentrations of Alkali Hydroxides convert animal and vegetable fats into soluble soap, allowing them to be flushed away easily.

2. Protein Hydrolysis: Aggressively breaks down complex protein structures (like milk proteins or yeast residues) found in dairies and breweries.

3. Advanced Sequestration (Scale Control): Unlike basic caustic solutions, this formula includes powerful chelating agents (sequestering agents). These prevent water hardness minerals from precipitating, stopping the formation of "milk stone" or scale deposits that can block spray nozzles.
