Each enquiry is reviewed according to its technical requirements.
You can start with an idea, a reference product or a detailed technical brief. Tell us the product’s intended use, target market, preferred characteristics and budget objectives. If you already have a formulation, we can assess improvements to its performance, consistency, ingredient availability or manufacturing cost.
Deliverables depend on the agreed scope. A formulation project may include ingredient percentages, raw material functions and alternatives, manufacturing instructions, equipment recommendations, quality specifications and cost calculations. Technical documents, laboratory samples, testing and additional production support are identified in your quotation so you know what is included before proceeding.
These are confirmed in the project proposal. Laboratory prototypes, sample quantities, shipping and revision rounds depend on the selected service. Relevant stability, performance, microbiological and packaging compatibility testing can be included or quoted separately. We establish evaluation criteria with you before development begins.
The schedule depends on technical complexity, raw material availability, sample approvals and testing requirements. Fragrance matching laboratory work typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks after receipt of the reference sample; shipping and evaluation time are additional. Custom formulation and complete manufacturing projects receive an individual estimated schedule.
Confidentiality, ownership, exclusivity and permitted use are defined in the project agreement. An NDA can be arranged before sensitive information is shared. Please specify whether you require an exclusive custom formulation or another development arrangement. Fragrance concentrate supply and access to its underlying composition are addressed separately.
Yes, where permitted by your project agreement. The technical package can support production in your own facility or transfer to your chosen manufacturer. We can also provide equipment guidance, batch calculations and scale-up instructions. Pilot trials should confirm suitability with the actual raw materials, water, equipment and packaging used.
For suitable projects, we can coordinate custom development, manufacturing, filling, labelling and final packing under your brand. Documentation may include SDS where applicable, TDS, batch COA and other product-specific information. Testing, destination-market requirements and delivery arrangements are reviewed together and defined in the quotation.
Send a physical reference sample after confirming shipping instructions with us. Our partner fragrance laboratories evaluate the reference and develop a matching sample for your review. After approval, fragrance concentrate can be supplied in 20 kg quantities. Evaluate the fragrance in your intended product base to assess compatibility and scent performance.
Pricing depends on the product, development complexity, samples, revisions, testing, documentation, packaging and production quantity. Share your target market, reference products, preferred ingredients, packaging and expected volume. For reformulation or cost optimization, include the current formula, ingredient specifications and prices where available. We then prepare a project-specific proposal.
